I was weary to order from this place after seeing my friend order a couple nights before and them completely leaving out the wings he ordered. They couldn't make it up to him in anyway and wanted him to wait 45 min for them to bring them back if he still wanted them. He wasnt charged because we paid cash, but it was horrible service. I ended up sharing my food with him. Decided to try again and ordered a stromboli. I was told it would be a 45-55 min wait. It ended up taking them 1:15 min to get here and by the time it arrived it was cold and the marina sauce was knocked over in the box and spilled everywhere. Do not order from this place.

We had them deliver to our hotel-- accidentally gave them the wrong address! Oops! The pizza was still hot and-- delicious!! Highly recommend. Perhaps they had a change after the negative reviews. Super happy!!

I ordered my food at 10:10 p.m. it arrived 10:45 p.m. I had ad double chicken and double vegetable to my grilled chicken chopped salad in order to get it the way I like and I ordered a side of broccoli bites. My order came to be $20 and I gave the man a $3 tip. my food is warm my salad is full. it's a little more money than I would like to spend on a salad but the chicken is seasoned well and it was filling.

As far as takeout/delivery places go, this is pretty much the best there is. We've been ordering here for the last year or so and I can't tell you how happy I am that they put a flyer in my door once upon a time. Things they have perfected: -Gyro -Cheese Steaks -Fries (I know that this seems like something that should be so simple to make but so many delivery places screw up fries, not Ficini's. They are always fresh and crispy even after 15 minutes in a car en route to us) - Buffalo Chicken Wrap (DH says it's the closest thing to perfect that he has found since he use to work at a deli) -Toppings. Again this is something that seems so simple but have you ever gotten a sub and had soggy or old lettuce on top of it? Yuck! Ficini's has never failed me in this aspect. Always fresh lettuce, tomato's, cucumber, onion. It's so remarkable that it sticks out in my head so I thought I would mention it. -Salad. Again, the veggies are always fresh and crisp and the dressing is very unique and tasty. I have pizza hut syndrome where I get good salads some times and horrid old salads sometimes, Ficini's is nothing like that. I also like that they offer specials and coupons. The delivery man is always friendly, and so sweet even in despicable weather. You won't be disappointed here.

Was in desperate need of food after a looooooooong flight, and arrived super-late. This place was (thankfully) still open, had some hilarious employees, and we just hung out, ate really good pizza, and enjoyed ourselves until the 3rd member of our company trip arrived at BWI. Pizza - Great Chicken wings / Fries - Ok. (but I'm a bad judge) Staff - Fun :) Was a great start to a business trip, after such horrible flights.

I was so hungry when I woke up from my nap and needed food, the pub in the hotel closed their kitchen at 12am so I ordered food. I got the whole supreme cheesesteak and Cajun fries. The bread was a little tough and the cheesesteak had some weird sweetening taste that I've never tasted before in a cheesesteak, Cajun fries were regular fries tossed in Cajun season. I was satisfied but not impressed, at least my 2 liter Pepsi was cold.

You get what you pay for. Tried the wings on the strength of the reviews here. Both "Buffalo" and Mango Habanero were underwhelming. I think the discrepancy is based on cultural differences. I'm not sure the owners have tasted American wings or if they have the desire to acquire the appropriate ingredients to prepare them. I strongly recommend trying another wing joint in the area unless your flavor standards are lower than average.

Ordered after seeing the decent reviews. Pretty disappointed, first time ever having Baltimore pizza and hope this isn't the standard. Pizza tasted like cardboard! Wings were ok but, nothing special.

Arrived at the Hampton super late, Ficini is open til 130am, so that was awesome... the front desk had a full menu for me to look at, I got the hot garlic wings, curry wings, and the broccoli bites. The garlic wings were solidly tasty, the curry wings were a dry rub of mild seasoning... I would suggest making it a sauce for more buttery flavor... the broc bites... fried balls with cheese and traces of broc... ehh, not so fabulous, but hey, as long as your wings and pizza rock, that's what matters. Some people who like fried things may like those bites... overall, if im ever starving at one of the hotels here again, particularly if its late, this place will hit the spot.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Tonight!. While staying in the area at a hotel, I opted to get a pizza delivered from here as the reviews were good. Pizza came and while nearly done with my first slice, I pulled a long hair out of my mouth. Gross, yes, but it gets MUCH worse. I looked at my pizza slice closely and saw that the crust part is covered in many hairs- and not just hair, but a variety of hair- appears to be sprinkled with stubble, arm hairs, god knows what else. I counted nearly 40 pieces of hair in addition to the stubble. It was hard to see in dim light as there was only one long hair. I took photos of this along with my receipt. I called and described what was on my pizza to the manager. The only things I can think of that would cause this would be A. Intentionally done?, B. caused by the crust being dropped on the floor previous to cooking?, or C. The product of pizzas being baked in a hair salon. I was offered another pie, I declined and said I just thought it was important for them to know and hung up. An offer for a full refund would have been accepted, but it wasn't offered. My hotel threw away all their menus when I showed them the pie and they informed the neighboring Marriotts as well. It wasn't a stray hair- it was sprinkled with a whole hair assortment- not sanitary and not acceptable. It's a shame and its disgusting. I'm adding the photos so you understand how bad this was- there is a napkin that I rubbed on the crust and you see how many little hairs were on a section. You can also see the mid-length hairs that were on the slice of pizza if you look closely. The long hair on the napkin was the only long hair and it was under the cheese. It's hard to see the amount of stubble that was on the pizza. It all seemed to be baked on. Not sure who would want toppings like those.

Firmly OK. Pizza dough is not house made, but not cardboard crap you try to eat elsewhere. Salads are OK, and the wings keep them above two star level all by their spicy, tasty selves.

Extremely inexpensive. There fries with cheese are like the nachos and cheese you get at a sporting event but I like them. I loved there spaghetti with chicken parmesan and a thick layer of cheese melted all over it. YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE. 2 dollar delivery fee and everything on the menu is affordable on top of the delivery not taking too long and the guy was really friendly on the phone and easy to talk with along with the delivery man at the door. I will repeat and recommend if you wanna save money & get something yummy. FYI try the pizza and subs*** along with bomb ass wings. Also only 1$ for a 20 oz of soda OMFG!!!

This place is awesome! First time having it and my cheese steak was fantastic, my wife's chicken cheese steak was equally delicious. Fries with nacho cheese, and buffalo wings were also great. Going to try a hotter sauce on the wings next time as the "buffalo" sauce was a little sweet, tasty but sweet. I like my wings with a little more kick, and with something like 32 flavors I'm sure I can find one I like. I'll definitely order from here again!

Ordered take-out. The fettuccine Alfredo tasted bland, and was not homemade like advertised. The fried mushrooms were only ok, and we didn't get very many onion rings for the price. My husband had a sandwich that he really liked and the garlic bread was fantastic. So ok for sandwiches, but not much else.

Needed food when we got to our hotel after a really horrible, long day of flights. I will say that I'm glad that they were open and willing to deliver, because we really needed food after not having anything all day, but my order, which was supposed to arrive around 11:40 didn't get here until after 12:30. When it arrived, I was definitely not happy. My pizza was cold, and not very good at all really, and reminded me of school cafeteria pizza to be honest...We also ordered a cheesesteak, which was unsatisfactory; it left a really greasy and unpleasant after taste in my mouth. I can't really say anything good unfortunately....definitely wouldn't recommend. Well, I guess I would if it was your only option, and I do mean ONLY.

Ordered from my hotel and they delivered within the time they said they would. Great wings and the Philly cheesesteak was surprisingly good and spicy. I thought this place was a great deal for the money and the fact that they delivered on time!!!

Last night I ordered chicken fingers with BBQ sauce and two orders of fried mushrooms. I received the order in a timely manner, but the chicken fingers had a whole bottle of BBQ poured over the top of them, and they couldn't be consumed. It was so thick, I tried to clean them off, but it was still too much. I used to order from them often, but no more.

Ordered a cheesesteak sub and asked to have no mushrooms (hate mushrooms) and of course the sandwich is covered in mushrooms.. Also ordered the cheesecake not realizing that it's a packaged slice that's probably three bites and the package was open soo not eating that either but the fries and gravy were delicious.
